Administrative Assistant
Location: Downtown Toronto
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site — Monday to Friday (9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Compensation: $65,000–$75,000

A reputable law firm with a downtown Toronto office is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys taking initiative, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities include managing multiple phone lines, handling inboxes and calendars, maintaining address books and contact information, and coordinating travel arrangements. The role also involves preparing and processing time entries, supporting billing-related tasks, and ensuring accuracy and discretion in all work.
Additional duties include preparing engagement letters and client documentation, assisting with document preparation and revisions, creating PDFs, redlining documents, and maintaining organized electronic files. The position also involves general office tasks such as printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing, as well as providing backup support to colleagues and assisting with special projects.

Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have some post-secondary education and a minimum of three years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
